About the Role

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care as a senior optometrist with full-scope practice autonomy 
  • Lead complex case management and provide mentorship to junior optometrists and optical assistants

  • Collaborate with a skilled team including dispensing opticians and optical assistants 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and clinical excellence across the practice

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience as a qualified optometrist 
  • Strong clinical skills across general and advanced optometry 
  • Passion for patient-centred care and long-term outcomes 
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support team members 
  • Interest in developing sub-specialty areas (e.g. dry eye, myopia control, specialty contact lenses)
