What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience as a qualified optometrist
- Strong clinical skills across general and advanced optometry
- Passion for patient-centred care and long-term outcomes
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and support team members
- Interest in developing sub-specialty areas (e.g. dry eye, myopia control, specialty contact lenses)
